As a certified ADAPT Functional Medicine Health Coach, I coach individuals to live a brain-healthy lifestyle that reduces the risk of cognitive decline. I have also been trained in the Bredesen Protocol as a ReCODE Coach for those following the Bredesen Protocol. Helping people change their diet, lifestyle, and behavior is the single most important step we can take to reverse chronic disease and prevent Alzheimer’s. Most of us know what to do, but just can’t seem to put it into action.
