Apollo Health has collaborated with Dr. Dale Bredesen in building the first-ever brain health community around the prevention and reversal of cognitive decline; enabling patients and their caregivers to build their own care team consisting of the participant, practitioner, coach, and nutritionist with the tools and resources they need for success. Their solutions (the ReCODE & PreCODE Report ) are designed to fit anyone, whether you’re already showing symptoms or merely hoping to prevent them.

A cognoscopy is a term coined by Dr. Bredesen, that refers to a simple assessment, which uses a combination of laboratory and cognitive testing that identifies the contributors to cognitive decline or risk for decline.

Your ReCODE or PreCODE Report™, doctor’s guidance, and time exploring your current practices will identify the aspects of the Bredesen Protocol™ to prioritize.

PreCODE

PreCODE is designed to prevent cognitive decline and is perfect for adults of any age with a family history of dementia, risk factors such as pre-diabetes or inflammation, and for all of us who are over 45 years of age. 

To assess your risk, we collect your health history through a medical questionnaire, laboratory testing, and results of cognitive testing. These data are run through a software algorithm that will identify any emerging contributors to cognitive decline. See the PreCODE Test Panel.

Once analyzed, you’ll receive a detailed report with a comprehensive treatment plan to ensure healthy cognition for years to come. Check out a sample PreCODE report.  

ReCODE

ReCODE is designed for those who are already experiencing symptoms of cognitive decline.

To determine which factors are impacting your cognition and to assess your risk of further decline, we collect your health history through a medical questionnaire, laboratory testing, and results of cognitive testing. These data are run through a software algorithm that will specifically identify what is contributing to your current state of cognition. See the ReCODE Test Panel
