Health coaches specialize in behavior change. They support their clients in finding their own strategies and motivation for change, overcoming obstacles, and implementing protocols that have either been prescribed by a clinician or nutritionist/dietitian or that the client has chosen to implement on their own. He also believes health coaches are the key to helping cognitively-impaired clients and their caregivers create changes that stick. As a certified functional medicine health coach, I work one on one with my clients in a personalized way to help them implement these changes. I can help you put into action a protocol such as the Bredesen Protocol that has been prescribed by your doctor or nutritionist. Many people can feel overwhelmed when their doctors say they need to change their diets or lifestyle.
