The purpose of a discovery call is for me to learn about your health and wellness goals and how they may fit in with my services as a Functional Medicine and 2.0 Bredesen Health Coach. You can share with me where you feel you need help with the Bredesen Protocol and what changes and goals you are hoping to achieve.

I will share how coaching with me works and discuss how I may be of support to you. You may also use this time to ask any questions you may have.

This truly is a free service and I will not solicit you to sign up with me. Just come with curiosity and an open mind to the possibilities.

8 coaching sessions over six months (or less) grants you more time to build sustainable health habits–the foundation of achieving cognitive health.  It often takes time and personalised attention to create new lifestyle habits for your brain, mind, and body to flourish.  

Your ReCODE Report™, doctor’s guidance, and time exploring your current practices will identify the aspects of the Bredesen Protocol™ to prioritize. We proceed at the pace you’re comfortable with.

We will meet weekly or bi-weekly for the first month to get you on solid ground with the Bredesen Protocol. We work together to formulate a plan that will fit your unique needs and pace. We can then move to meeting at least once a month to fit your needs.

**This package is for coaching only. Additional charges will apply for ReCODE data input (if not purchasing a ReCODE report through Apollo Health) additional testing etc…

PreCODE 6 SESSIONS PACKAGE

This packaged is designed for those on the PreCODE program for prevention or using Dr. Bredesen’s book “The End of Alzheimer’s Program”. This package is not recommended for those who have been diagnosed with MCI or Alzheimer’s.

Using your PreCODE Report or working with your doctor we will focus on what is fueling your cognitive decline and together formulate a plan for optimizing your cognitive health using the Bredesen Protocol.

We will meet weekly or bi-weekly for the first month to get you on solid ground with the Bredesen Protocol. We work together to formulate a plan that will fit your unique needs and pace. We will then move to meeting at least every month to continue to make this a lifestyle.

ReCODE or PreCODE Report Review and Introduction
90 Minute One Time Session

For those who currently have an existing ReCODE or PreCODE report with current results and want to start the coaching relationship with a review of their existing report, discuss how to continue to work together, and see if it’s a good fit.

You will need to select me as your coach on the Find a Coach map from your active Apollo Health account to give me access to your existing ReCODE or PreCODE report.

4 Session Package

We will continue tracking your progress on the protocol and build on the progress you’ve made in the PreCODE or ReCODE package. This package includes:

4 (1 hour) Follow-up visits

Modification of action plans, which may include: Nutrition and Lifestyle, Retesting, Monitoring Metabolic Health with tracking Glucose and Ketones. 

Continued tracking of monthly assessments on the Apollo Health website (CNS Vital Signs for ReCODE and CqAssesment for PreCODE)

Continued support with BrainHQ and focusing your brain training on areas identified in monthly assessment results from CNS Vital Signs for ReCODE and CqAssessment for PreCODE

A reasonable amount of communication between visits to provide support as things come up

The package must be used within 6 months

Most of us know what to do but just can’t seem to put it into action. As your health coach I will help you find your own strategies, strengths, and motivation for change, and overcoming the challenges that are holding you back. I can also help you put into action a protocol that has been prescribed by your doctor or nutritionist.

This package is geared towards those who are ready to commit to 3 months worth of coaching. The 21/90 rule states that it takes 21 days to make a habit and 90 days to make it a permanent lifestyle change.

Commit to your goal for 21 days and it will become a habit.
Commit to your goal for 90 days and it will become a part of your lifestyle.
